Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and returns for services provided by Acezenith Apps OPC Pvt. Ltd.. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described herein. We encourage all clients to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel a service order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that work on the project has not yet commenced. Cancellation requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for cancellation, and the order will proceed as agreed.
1.2 How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Verbal requests will not be considered valid.
1.3 Cancellations After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted. The client will be held to the agreed scope of work and payment schedule as outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 No Refunds for Rendered Services
All payments made for services that have been rendered are non-refundable. Once work has been delivered — whether fully or partially — no refund will be issued. This applies to all forms of service delivery, including but not limited to:
• Custom software and application development
• Consulting or advisory sessions
• Design, scoping, or discovery work
• Milestone-based deliverables that have been submitted
2.2 Cancellation Within 24 Hours – Refund Eligibility
If a valid cancellation is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order (as described in Section 1) and no work has commenced, any advance payment made will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
2.3 Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out to us at theacezenith@protonmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review all disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days.
3. Return Policy
As Acezenith Apps OPC Pvt. Ltd. provides custom software development and professional services, there are no physical goods involved in our transactions. Accordingly, a traditional 'return' policy is not applicable.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction. If a delivered output does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as documented in the project brief or contract, we will work with you to address the issue through revisions within the scope of the agreement.
Requests for revisions must be:
• Submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
• Supported by specific references to the agreed specifications
• Within the original scope of work (out-of-scope requests may be subject to additional charges)
